Shipping your package

Parcels are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and remitted without signature. Parcels can also be shipped via UPS Extra and remit against signature. Please contact us before choosing this mode of delivery, as it induces additional charges. Whatever the mode of delivery chosen, we send you a link to follow your parcel online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees and shipping costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all your articles in one order. We can not group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your articles are properly protected.
